Once you have scheduled your appointment:

  • You will receive a confirmation email and text 72 hours (3 days) before your appointment.

  • You will be able to make changes, reschedule, or cancel your appointment.

  • Any time after the 72 hours (3 days) the system will not allow you to make changes. Please call the salon to confirm, make changes, or cancel your appointment.

  • You will receive the code to the salon door. (Please click on the link in the text message to find the information you need.)


If you schedule several services and you did not make changes during the confirmation, you will be charged for all services scheduled.


Please be on time for your scheduled appointment.

  • We will allow you to be up to 15 minutes late. (your service maybe cut short)

  • After 15 minutes the card on file will be charged for the full price of your service.

  • You will be asked to reschedule.
